This Cup will happen during the third week of August.

• Day 1 - August 15: Group Stage
• Day 2 - August 16: Final Stage
• Timing: Day 1 and 2 will start at 21h00 GMT+2

Rules

You are likely to get a forfeit 0-3 by breaking the rules or any other decision that the administrator will see fit in order to make the tournament run properly.

Fixture Arrangement

All fixtures will be given a "start" and "end" date where each round must be played.
It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to complete fixture(s) within this allotted time; failure to do so will see the result go unrecorded.
Home and Away Legs are to be played on the same match day, i.e. both played one after the other.

Match organisation

In your Club on FVPA Esport, you will find the “Team Agenda”.
Go inside and select the “Agenda” tab.

The “Organizer” will help you to set up your appointment with your opponent directly through the platform.

It is mandatory that you use this tool to organize your matches. If there’s a complaint, admins will only have a look at the “Organizer”, using both the agreement and discussion inside.

Reporting your matches scores and roster on the system is mandatory.

Groupe Stage:

1st match : 21h00 GMT+2

2nd match : 21h30 GMT+2

3rd match : 22h00 GMT+2

4th match : 22h30 GMT+2

5th match : 23h00 GMT+2

Final Stage (Home & Away match):

Semi-Final match : 21h00 GMT+2

Final match : 22h00 GMT+2

Match Rules

• Hacked Pro's are forbidden, any team found guilty will be removed from the tournament
• Modifying the game in any way is forbidden (mods, additional shoes, stadium, etc...)
• *Video Evidence is required
• You have a 15 minutes grace period to turn up to the match after this time you will automatically Lose the Matches
• All players must be registered in the club roster on FVPA Esport and both names are strictly similar.
• Home Team must Invite the Away team in regards to the tournament calendar on fvpa.eu
• All formations are allowed
• Use "Any" is forbidden
• Blocking a goalkeeper during drop kicks, corners, free kicks is forbidden

Connection Issues

• Each Team will have 3 attempts to start the game using club invite
• Home teams are to invite the Away team
• If a disconnection occurs within the first 5 minutes "Game time", RESTART THE MATCH

We DO NOT CONDONE any form of abuse and by organizing this competition ONLY, we do not monitor people's behavior, their conduct and have no control OR responsibility from what they say or do.

Disputes

For disputes relating to:

• Incorrect Results
• Any other area not covered by those recorded above

Must all be submitted via the disputes forum and Video evidence will be required in all cases where a dispute is raised.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence of the dispute may see both teams removed from the competition.

IT IS YOU AND YOUR TEAMS RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVE THE RESULT - PLEASE KEEP THE COMPETITION FAIR AND HONEST.

Registration will close Saturday 13th in order to prepare the tournament and its start on the 15th.

Format

• We'll have August13th and 14th to decide of a final structure and create it, as we'll know all the final registrated teams.
• Roster should have a maximum of 25 players (23 players and 2 potentials assistants).
